Adult, free service

ToCast, an individual, provides ToCast to adults aged 18 or older. Contact: support@tocast.io. You receive a free non-exclusive licence to install and use the application for its intended purposes worldwide for the duration of its copyright. Third-party components retain their own licences.

The app and generation are free. Default daily generation limits are 2 for a verified free account and 10 for premium; runtime policy may change finite limits. Guests cannot generate before email verification. Administrator premium grants may be time-limited or permanent; they are not purchases and do not authorise payments. Permanent premium is not unlimited generation or perpetual audio storage. Network charges depend on your carrier.

Saved accounts and recovery

Optionally verify one immutable email address; there is no email-change function or additional editable profile. Only still-retained server subscriptions, owner content and grants can be restored. Local history, queue, settings and already deleted audio are not restored. Guest inactivity retention is 180 days; saved account retention is 12 calendar months with a 30-day warning and active-premium exemption. An overdue account gets at least 30 days after a new warning when premium ends. Audio has a separate 14-day lifetime.

Content and AI

Podcast, article, image and other rights belong to their respective holders. Public availability does not authorise every use. Submit only materials you may lawfully process this way; do not bypass restricted access or send confidential information or other people's personal data. ToCast does not acquire exclusive rights to your inputs.

AI output can contain errors or invented facts. Check important information against the source; it does not replace professional medical, legal or financial advice. Generation does not guarantee exclusive rights to the output or override source rights.

Availability, restrictions and deletion

Functions depend on external services and may be unavailable; ToCast is not your sole archive. Product access may be blocked to protect safety, law and other people's rights. Contact support about an error. A blocked account retains the safe email deletion route; blocking does not permit indefinite retention.

Deletion requires separate confirmation after preparation. Unknown native outcomes remain pending until attested operator recovery and authoritative cleanup; no deadline or missing local record proves completion. See instructions.

Data and revisions

Processing is described separately in the privacy policy. Acceptance of terms is not blanket consent or proof that legal grounds, processor contracts, Russian placement or backups have been verified. Any legally required consent is separate. Revisions do not apply retrospectively or waive mandatory user rights; liability is governed by applicable law.
